Folks, the blog is BACK.

Hoo boy, we’ve come a long way since this blog was last up. Two election cycles, one bee hive, some mild internet fame, a global pandemic, and a multitude of undereye wrinkles later, here I am. I’m still socially liberal and fiscally irresponsible… and being a Sixers fan is still my only personality trait!

Life is a trial-and-mostly-error experiment, and I’ve gone through so many “well, well, well, if it isn’t the consequences of my own actions” moments from missing eyebrows to bleached-fried hair. Heck, I’m still looking at four years’ worth of paychecks blown on makeup, skincare, and hair products. With all of these products hanging around my bathroom counter, I like to think I’ve figured out what works!

So that’s kinda what this blog’s gonna be all about:

It’s a wild concoction of everything — makeup and fashion looks, skincare advice, extreme hair rescue, gift guides, astrology, and all things Sixers. It’s the little lessons learned like depuffing your face after you bawled your eyes out ten minutes before you’re due to take your seat at a conference panel or what to do after you bleached your hair six times in three months!

I’ve had a magical and surreal journey the past few years, and along the way, I’ve learned a trick or two to keep faking it even when you’re not making it. I’m still here for the adventure of a lifetime, and I sure am glad to have you along for the ride.

All you have to do is trust the process.
